be 15 V ± 0.45V DC. If it is not,
replace the power supply.
The battery is defective Charge the battery for 5 hours. If
the battery icon on the display
still shows an empty battery
symbol, replace the battery.
The main board is defective Replace the main board.
The battery doesn’t charge or run
time is low
The battery is defective Charge the battery for 5 hours. If
the battery icon on the display
still shows an empty battery
symbol, replace the battery.
The battery connector board is defective Check the battery connector
board for an open short or broken
connector and replace if
necessary.
The battery has reached the end of its useful life Use the service tool to check
cycle count. If the cycle count
exceeds 300, replace the battery.
