Reviewing the History List
The history list determines which clinical conditions are available to choose during patient
data entry.
1. Press the Menu key .
2. Choose Edit History List.
The following screen appears.

3. Press the desired softkeys:
•Add
Lets you add conditions, up to a total of 40.
• Delete
Deletes the highlighted condition.
•Exit
Returns to the main menu.
