Keep slicer away from children. Exercise extreme caution with the sharp blade and use the food holder for protection.
Clean before first use. Remove slicing blade carefully. Clean parts in soapy water and wipe the machine with a damp cloth.
Mount blade, fix machine with suction lever, attach sliding table, load food, and turn handle clockwise for slicing.
