Attention: In the event of a power failure during the
heating-up phase, the unit automatically starts the
heating-up process again.
During the electroforming process only short power
failures remain without impact. In the case of longer
interruptions the electroforming process is halted, and
the error code
F8
is displayed in the Position indica-
tor. The program parameters remain stored. The error
message can be deleted by pressing the Start/Stop
key. The unit must then be reset by pressing the mode
button.
If an electroforming thickness of less than 0.15 mm is
achieved, we advise against using the parts, as they
may not be resistant to firing. These parts should be
made again. No further electroforming can be carried
out on these parts (formation of strata).
Removing the parts after electroforming:
After the electroforming procedure is completed, push
the electroforming head upwards. Allow the parts to
drip dry. Disconnect the copper wire to remove the
parts, then rinse the parts under running water.
For details on finishing the teeth follow the appropriate
dental procedures for the ACG
®
technique.
Please observe the cleaning instructions for the unit
(Section 7.).
