1. General
There are in minimum two complete exhaust
valves on board, as recommended by the Interna-
tional Association of Classification Societies
(IACS). Therefore, they must be used as a re-
placement in any case of difficulties appeared
during operation.
Defective exhaust valves may, however, only be
repaired or reconditioned by qualified personnel
or a Wärtsilä Switzerland Ltd. authorized repair
workshop.

nance Schedule 03801.
