5. Water Guide Jacket −
Installation
1) Install the insulation bandage, refer to
paragraph 7.
2) Make sure that all O-rings are in perfect
condition and properly installed.
3) Apply oil to the O-rings.
4) Attach the lifting tool (94201) to the
cylinder liner (see paragraph 2.3).
5) Lift, move and lower the cylinder liner in
the water guide jacket (3, Fig. 7).
6) Remove special screw (9) and the
flange (17) from the lifting tool (94201),
refer to paragraph 2.3.
7) Attach the three manual ratchets
(94016−031, 94016−009) with shackles
(94018A) to the lifting tool (94201) and
to the three eye bolts (4) on the water
guide jacket (3).
8) Operate the manual ratchets
(94016−031, 94016−009) to lift the
water guide jacket (3) to the applicable
position on the cylinder liner. Make sure
that you keep the water guide jacket
level.
9) Attach the water guide jacket (3, Fig. 8)
to the cylinder liner with the three
screws (18).
10) Attach the holder (15).
11) Remove the manual ratchets
(94016−031, 94016−009) and the lifting
tool (94201).
