I'm having syncing issues with my Steel HR / Steel HR
Sport. What should I do?
This article will help you if you encounter any of the following issues:
- Your Steel HR / Steel HR Sport doesn't sync with the Withings Health Mate app
- Your Steel HR / Steel HR Sport doesn't display the correct time
Your Steel HR / Steel HR Sport doesn't sync with the Withings Health Mate app
If your Steel HR / Steel HR Sport doesn't sync with the Withings Health Mate app:

Make sure that your Steel HR / Steel HR Sport appears in Devices in the Withings Health
Mate app.
If not, you need to install it.

Select Devices in the Withings Health Mate app and make sure that your Steel HR / Steel
HR Sport is connected.

If necessary, try to turn on the Airplane Mode on your mobile device and then turn it
back off.

If necessary, reboot your Steel HR / Steel HR Sport. Press and hold the button of your
watch for 20 seconds.

If necessary, reboot your mobile phone.
Starting with Android 6 Marshmallow, Android devices require location services to be enabled
in order to detect and connect to Bluetooth devices via BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). As such,
