• Dübelauswahl ( Fig. 1 )
• Bohrtiefe ( X ) einstellen:
1. Eck- und T-Verbindungen ( Fig. 2 und 3 ):
Bohrtiefe Brett B = max. 2/3 Brettstärke
+ 18 mm ( Bohrbuchsenlänge ).
Bohrtiefe Brett A = "Rest" Dübellänge
+ 18 mm ( Bohrbuchsenlänge ).
Sie erleichtern Ihre Arbeit, wenn Sie dazu 2 Bohrer mit Tiefenstop
verwenden: 1 Bohrer für Brett A und 1 Bohrer für Brett B.
2. Stirnflächenverbindungen ( Fig. 4 ):
Bohrtiefe (Brett A+B) = 1/2 Dübellänge +
Bohrbuchsenlänge (18 mm ).
•Führen Sie zuerst den Bohrer in die Buchse, bevor Sie die Maschine
anstellen.
•Führen Sie den Bohrer immer rechtwinklig in die Buchsen ein.
•Um die Spanabfuhr beim Bohren zu verbessern, Bohrer vor
und zurück bewegen.
• Sie vermeiden Druckstellen im Holz, wenn Sie beim Einspannen von
Brett B eine Unterlage zwischen Spannteller und Brett legen.
•Verleimen Sie die Dübel erst vor dem endgültigen Zusammensetzen.

•Adjusting the drilling depth ( X ):
1. Corner- and T-joints ( Fig. 2 and 3 ):
Drilling depth board B = max. 2/3 of board thickness
+ 18 mm ( length of drill bush ).
Drilling depth board A = "rest" of dowel length
+ 18 mm ( length of drill bush ).
Work will be easier if you use 2 drills
with depth stop:
1 drill for board A and 1 drill for board B.
2. Face joints ( Fig. 4 ):
Drilling depth (board A and B) = 1/2 length of
dowel + length of drill bush (18 mm ).
• Insert the drill into the bush before starting the machine.
• Always insert the drill rectangularly into the bushes.
•To improve the discharge of drilling chips move the drill forwards
and backwards.
•To avoid drag marks in the wood use a pad between board B
and the clamping vice.
• Glue the dowels just before assembling the parts.
