adjusted parallel to the bed rail, check the space between the uppermost mast bearing and mast
rail. Adjust as necessary so the space is 1/32” - 1/16” (0.8 - 1.6mm).
Blade Guide Arm Alignment
The blade guide arm moves the outer blade guide in and out. If the arm becomes loose, the
blade guide will not deflect the blade properly, causing inaccurate cuts. A loose blade guide arm
can also cause blade vibration.
