Apply four 4-inch long strips of UHMW tape to the long guide blocks.
Apply two 2-inch long strips of UHMW tape to the short guide blocks.
Install screws and track nuts into the folded and flat sections of the gussets.
Slide the track nuts of the gussets into the tracks of the long guide blocks.
Position slab, shim to level, and install slab clamping dogs.
Use a spoilboard bit and set router speed and depth of cut.
Make passes, taking half the bit width per pass, working right to left.
