3419 CBA maximum attempts of closure 2 1 to 10

The maximum number of breaker
closing attempts is con󰈡gured in this
parameter (relay output "Command:
close CBA").
When the breaker reaches the
con󰈡gured number of attempts, a
"CBA fail to close" alarm is issued.
The counter for the closure attempts
will be reset as soon as the "Reply
CBA" is de-energized for at least
5 seconds to signal a closed CBA.
3421 CBA open monitoring 2 0.10 to 5.00 s

If the "Reply CBA" is not detected as
energized once this timer expires, a
"CBA fail to open" alarm is issued.
This timer initiates as soon as the
"open breaker" sequence begins. The
alarm con󰈡gured in parameter 2621 is
issued.
