SID les for additional CANopen devices
When connecting a PC to the LS-5 via CAN bus, other external CANopen devices (like a
Phoenix Contact I/O expansion board, for example) may cause ToolKit to fail to connect.
A cause may be that ToolKit looks for a SID le for the external device, which does not
exist.
A special *.sid le can be created in this case.
