products,whenusedfornormalrecreationalpurposes,arefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipfora

periodof1yearfromthedateofpurchase.Anyimpliedwarrantiesarealsolimitedindurationtothe1yearperiod

fromtheoriginaldateofpurchase.Ourwarrantyexcludesproductsforrental,forhire,andotherusesnot

considerednormalrecreationalpurposes.WOWWorldofWatersportswillnotbeheldliableforincidentalor

consequentialdamages.Note:TheabovewarrantyisonlyapplicabletoproductspurchasedinsidetheU.S.A.

ForallproductspurchasedoutsidetheU.S.A.thewarrantyislimitedto90days.

The World of Watersports warranty does not cover:

• Failurescausedbyover-inflationandunder-inflation

• Snags,tears,cutsandpuncturesobtainedduringnormaluse

• Itemsinvolvedinaccidents

• Fadingfromexposuretosunlightorweathering

• Misuse,abuseandneglect

• Improperstorage

Therearenowarrantiesthatextendbeyondthedescriptionlistedabove.WorldofWatersportsshouldnotbeheld

responsibleinanywayforanyincidentaland/orconsequentialdamages.

Thiswarrantyisinlieuofallotherwarranties.
