APP Download: For first-time use, users should download the SmartHome or Door Guard APP, read the user manual carefully, and regularly check for updates from Wulian.
Factory Reset: If the administrator password is forgotten or access to management mode is lost, the doorlock can be restored to factory settings. While powered on, press and hold the "Factory Reset Key" (located under the battery compartment) for 10 seconds using a needle. A voice prompt "Restored to factory settings" indicates successful initialization. After a factory reset, the initial opening password reverts to "123456," and all added passwords, fingerprints, and cards are cleared and need to be re-added.
Reset Key: In case of system unresponsiveness or crashes, press the "Reset Key" to restart the device.
Emergency Power Supply: When the battery voltage drops below 4.8V, the system will issue a "Low battery, replace battery" warning upon activation. Users should replace the batteries promptly (avoid mixing old and new batteries or different models). If the batteries are completely depleted and the system cannot start, a portable power bank can be connected to the Micro USB Port (Emergency Power Supply Port) to supply power and open the door.
