  If you're not hearing any sound when using PowerConnect or FMDA with your XM Satellite Radio, first, verify that both your XpressRCi and your car's FM radio are tuned to the same FM channel. Also, if you're using the Vehicle Dock from the Universal Xpress Car Kit, make sure the FM Transmitter in the XpressRCi is turned On. For instructions, see "Turn FM Transmitter On/Off" on page 90.

  If you're experiencing no audio while using the Aux In Cable or Cassette Adapter with your XM Satellite Radio, ensure all cables connecting your XpressRCi and your car's stereo are firmly and securely connected. Also, confirm that you've selected the correct input source on your car's stereo system. If you're using the Vehicle Dock from the Universal Xpress Car Kit, switch off the FM Transmitter in the XpressRCi and raise the audio level of the XpressRCi. See "Set Audio Level" on page 95 for details.

  If your XM Satellite Radio's XpressRCi is unexpectedly shutting off, it might be due to the Sleep Timer or Delayed Power settings. If the Sleep Timer is active, set it to Off. Similarly, if Delayed Power is enabled, set it to Off.

  If the demo is playing on your XM Satellite Radio, it could be because your Magnetic Mount Antenna isn't properly connected or isn't receiving a signal. Check to ensure the antenna is correctly connected and free from obstructions. Alternatively, press and hold the Select button for 10 seconds to exit Demo Mode. You can also disable Demo Mode. See "Demo Mode" on page 105 for instructions.
