WARRANTY NOT VALID WITHOUT A RECEIPT
Your product is warranted to the owner for a
period of one year from the original date of pur-
chase against defects in materials and workman-
ship. (Do not return damaged product to dealer)
No charge will be made unless the one-year war-
ranty period has expired, or servicing is necessary
for reasons beyond our control, such as accident,
misuse, neglect.The above remedy is exclusive and
XtremeTime Inc. shall NOT be liable for any inci-
dental or consequential damages. This warranty is
void if the product has been tampered with,
ill-treated or if the defect is related to servicing
not performed by XtremeTime Inc.
