8.4.9 Configure the Power On Delay function
The function is enabled and randomized by default.
1. Go to Settings > Pump Control > Power On Delay.
2. Open Delay.
3. Configure the parameter.
The default value is two minutes.
8.5 Alarm information
Pumping station alarms
Alarm Probable cause
Analog High Level Pump blocked, high inflow or sensor error.
Float High Level
Station Overflow
Analog Low Level Manual run below low level or sensor error.
Float Low Level
Analog Under Range Faulty analog level sensor, check wiring or loose
terminals.
Analog Over Range
Undervoltage Unstable line voltage.
Overvoltage
Volt Phase Failure Failed connection, downed conductor or tripped
fuse.
Volt Phase Rotation Voltage phases are not wired in the correct
sequence.
Station Inhibit The station is remotely inhibited.
Personnel Alarm Personnel on site has not acknowledged their
presence.
Test Call Used to test the communications link.
Pump 1 Maximum Run Time Pump/pipe blocked, high inflow or worn pumps.
Check valve problem.
Pump 2 Maximum Run Time
Pump 1 Fail To Start Fuses blown, main breaker off or contactor failure.
Pump 2 Fail To Start
Pump 1 Service Interval Pump is due to be serviced. Reset alarm once
serviced.
Pump 2 Service Interval
Pump 1 Overcurrent The pump is clogged or blocked or there is a low
supply voltage.
Pump 2 Overcurrent
Pump 1 Current Phase Imbalance Wrong connection, damaged motor or tripped
fuse.
Pump 2 Current Phase Imbalance
Pump 1 Leakage Inspect and repair the pump.
