 Some Menu item numbers or preceded by either the character b or h. The
b character denotes that the value for this Menu Item is to be applied
separately for each Operating Band and/or Mode. The h character
denotes that the value for this Menu Item is to be applied separately to
each Hyper Memory Channel.
