WATER PUMP INSTALLATION
1) Install a new oil-seal in the oil-seal cover, and fit
a new O-ring in the O-ring groove as shown.
2) Grease the O-ring and the lip of the oil-seal,
and then install the oil-seal cover complete to
the gear-case, and fit the dowelpins.
3) Aligning with the dowel-pins, install a plate on
the oil-seal cover.
4) Install a new key in the keyway on the drive-
shaft, and insert a new impeller.
5) Grease the impeller, and install the water pump
housing, turning the drive clockwise, then tight-
en the bolts.
