Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or other sources of heat, humid or dusty places.
Do not use near TVs, radios, etc., to avoid interference noise.
Protect from strong impact, avoid dropping or placing heavy objects.
Turn off power, remove batteries for long periods to prevent leakage.
Clean exterior with a soft, dry cloth; avoid solvents. Do not leave vinyl chloride material on finish.
PortaSound runs on batteries or optional Yamaha AC Power Adaptors.
Connect to wall socket using Yamaha PA-1/1B/3 adaptor. Use of others may cause damage.
Insert six 1.5-volt AA batteries, ensuring correct terminal alignment.
Replace batteries when voltage drops. Never mix old and new batteries.
