GETTING STARTED
/ Unpacking the product
/ Carefully remove the food processor and the acces-
sories from its original packaging.
/ You are advised to keep the original packing for later
storage purposes. If you wish to discard the original
packaging, please observe the applicable statutory
provisions. If you have any questions about proper
disposal, contact your local waste management
centre.
/ Inspect the contents provided and check that they
are complete and undamaged. If the contents are
incomplete or damaged, contact your sales outlet
immediately.
/ Clean the food processor after unpacking; read the
section Cleaning and Care.
/ Purpose of use
This food processor is designed exclusively for cooking,
stirring, mixing, chopping, cutting, grinding, kneading,
emulsifying and steaming food. Any other use may
result in product damage or personal injury.
/ Installation
The Yämmi is equipped with a non-slip base. Since
furniture surfaces are made from a variety of materi-
als and are treated with a range of care products, it is
possible that some of these products contain ingredi-
ents that could damage the machine base. If neces-
sary, place a non-slip mat under the food processor.
