/ Blade
ATTENTION!
Handle the blade with great care to avoid any
damage or injury because the tips of the blade have
very sharp lateral edges. Always hold the blade at
the top and never by the blade edges.
The blade edges have very sharp lateral ends, suita-
ble for cutting, chopping or grinding the food. There
is another non-sharp (blunt) lateral end which is suit-
able for stirring, mixing or kneading delicate foods.
The normal direction of rotation of the blade in the
food processor is in the cutting direction. When you
activate the Reverse Rotation function, the blade
rotates in the opposite direction, i.e. to stir.
To assemble the blade, read the sections Insert the
blade / Remove the blade.
The blade can be used in the mixing bowl and the
mixing pan.
/Tray
ATTENTION!
This accessory cannot be used in a microwave,
oven or other kitchen appliances. Be espe-
cially careful when using the steam tray, since
during use it accumulates vapour or hot water
inside the housing, which could cause burns.
If the steam tray cover is not properly positioned,
the steam generated evaporates and the food will
not be cooked properly. Never use the steam tray
without the lid placed correctly.
The steam tray is ideal for steaming food such as
meat, fish and vegetables. This accessory consists
of 3 parts: the base tray, the central tray and the
steam tray cover.
The steam tray fits over the mixing bowl lid
or on the lid of the mixing pan, but it must be
removed before the measuring cup from the lid.
The steam tray can be used in the mixing bowl and
the mixing pan.
