<Finder Dlsplay>
When combined with the CS-201 Auto flash, the camera's flash
ready signal " ", and the LED display function will operate as
shown right, regardless of the flash mode (auto, manual). In addition
to the CS-201 Auto flash, the viewfinder display will be the same
when the Contax "TLA30" or "TLA20" flash units are used, but in
this case, TTL flash metering will not be performed.
<Using Other Flash Units>
The FX-70 Quartz is provided with an X-synch contact for 1/100
sec. shutter speed. Set the shutter speed selector to "X". (The shutter
speed LED opposite "125" will flash.)
* You can also take flash pictures with the selector set at "AUTO". In this case, make sure the shutter speed
indicator in the viewfinder shows 1/60 sec. or slower.
* When using other electronic flash or flash bulb unit, use one of the cordless type.
* With flash bulb units, use a shutter speed of 1/30 sec. or slower.
