8.1 Disassembly and Reassembly of the Internal Wiring Harness

3. L-arm
• Refer to table 8-3 “Internal Wiring Harness Parts Checklist (L-Arm)”
and fig. 8-3 “Disassembly and Reassembly of the Internal Wiring
Harness (L-Arm)” .
1. Cut off the cable ties .
2. Unscrew the hexagon socket head cap screws , and then remove
the saddle .

4. S-head
• Refer to table 8-4 “Internal Wiring Harness Parts Checklist (S-
Head)” and fig. 8-4 “Disassembly and Reassembly of the Internal
Wiring Harness (S-Head)” .
1. Cut off the cable ties that secure the internal wiring harness around
the S-head.
2. Cut off the cable ties , and then remove the cover .
3. Unscrew the hexagon socket head cap screws , and then remove
the saddle .
4. Unscrew the cross head APS bolts , and then remove the cover .
5. Remove the “IN” and “OUT” connectors of the internal wiring harness
from the “IN” and “OUT” ports of the multi-port connector in the S-
head.
6. Cut off the cable ties .
