3.2.1 Mounting Example
For the first process, anchor the base plate firmly to the ground. The
baseplate should be rugged and durable to prevent shifting of the
manipulator or the mounting fixture. It is recommended to be prepare a
balseplate of 30 mm or more thick , and anchor bolts of M10 or larger
size.
The manipulator base is tapped for four mounting holes; securely fix the
manipulator base to the baseplate with four hexagon socket head cap
screws M10 (recommended length: 35 mm).
Next ,fix the manipulator base to the baseplate. Tighten the hexagon
socket head cap screws and anchor bolts firmly so that they will not work
loose during the operation.
