Use a shielded
twisted-pair wire
cable or a screened
twisted-pair cable
with conductors of at

wiring distance
must be 50 m
max.
n Linear Servomo-
tors: The
Encoder Cable

must be 20 m

Check the condition
of the Encoder Cable
and connectors.
Properly ground the
machine to separate
it from the FG of the
encoder.
Excessive vibration or
shock was applied to
the encoder.
Check the operating
conditions.
Reduce machine
vibration. Correctly
install the Servo-
motor or linear
encoder.
A failure occurred in

Turn the power
