Operation

JOG
Mode

INSPECTION
BEFORE
TURNING
ON
POWER
Set
MODE
SELECT
switch
to
JOG.
Make
sure
that the
front
and
rear
doors
of
the
control
are
firmly
closed.
The
control
employs
totally-
enclosed,
dustproof
enclosure
to
shut
out
surrounding
air.
If
the
door is
open,
lock
it
closely
by turning
two
door
lockers
with
a
large
screwdriver
(minus).
In
addition,
inspect
the
machine
referring
to
the
machine
tool
buider's
manual.

Adjust
the
feedrate
to
the
desired
setting
with
JOG
FEEDRATE
switch
(Up
to
32
steps).

Push
JOG
button
for
the
axis
and
direction
to
be
moved.
The
machine
moves
at
the
speci¬
fied
speed
while
the
JOG
button
depressed.

STEP
Mode

fans

the
upper
side
of
the
control.

turn
on
the
servo
power
supply.
When the
machine
is
ready
to
operate,
READY
lamp
lights.

Depress
JOG
button
for
the
axis
and direction
to
be
moved.

machine
moves

the
move
amount
per
step
each
time
the
button
is
depressed.

READY
lamp
does
not
light,
detect
and

liminate
the
cause
according
to
the
alarm
code
displayed.
