Location
When the manipulator is installed, it is necessary to satisfy the undermentioned environmental
conditions:
• 0° to +45°C (Ambient temperature)
• 20 to 80%RH (no moisture)
• Free from dust, soot, or water
• Free from corrosive gases or liquid, or explosive gases
• Free from excessive vibration (less than 0.5G)
• Free from large electrical noise (plasma)
• Out of the plane for installation is 0.5mm or less
