9.2.2 Brake Release for YRC1000micro
YRC1000micro allows releasing the brake with S-, L- U- axes as one
group, and R-, B-, T-axes as another group. To release each brake group,
select S-axis or R-axis, instead of each axis.
1. Select {Enable} on the Brake Release.
2. Select either S-, L-, U-axes group or R-, B-, T- axes group to release
the brake.
3. Press and hold {RELEASE BRAKES}.
– The selected group axis’ servos are off and can be manually moved.
The axes may also move due to gravitational forces.
The brake release function works in both MANUAL (TEACH)
and AUTOMATIC (PLAY) modes and is available to all
Security Access Levels.
