Network Issues
How to diagnostic the network?
The wrong network settings may result in inaccessibility of your phone and may also have an impact
on your network performance. In this case, you can use the “Ping” or “Traceroutemethod to
check whether the network is connected, analyze and judge network fault.
To check the network using “Ping” method via phone user interface:
1. Tap Menu->Features->Diagnostics->Network->Ping.
2. Enter the desired IP address or URL in the Ping IP or URL field.
SRTP is not available on all servers. Contact your system administrator for more information.
SRTP is configurable via web user interface only.
