The Bluetooth icon will display on the status bar. And the IP phone automatically
assigns a Mobile Account key.
For more information on how to configure the Mobile Account key, refer to Mobile Account on
page 113. Before you configure the Mobile Account key, make sure the mobile phone is
connected. Otherwise the IP phone will prompt “Mobile Account is not connected!”. If the
distance between mobile phone and IP phone is more than 10 meters or the Bluetooth mode on
the mobile phone is deactivated, you can tap the Mobile Account key try to reconnect.
Making/Receiving a Mobile Call on the IP Phone
You can enable the phone audio feature to make/receive a mobile call using the IP phone. Then
the IP phone acts as a hands free device for your mobile phone. The call is made through your
mobile phone, but the audio is present on and the call control is done by the IP phone.
For more information on how to make/receive a mobile call on the IP phone, refer to Placing a
Mobile Call over Bluetooth on page 141 and Answering Calls on page 143.
To configure the phone audio feature:
1. Pair and connect the Bluetooth-Enabled mobile phone.
2. Tap after the connected mobile phone name.
