Specifying an Available Audio Input
Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
On your web user interface, go to Setting > Video & Audio > Audio Settings.
On your VCS:
On your VC880/VC800/VC500/PVT980/PVT950, go to More > Setting > Video & Audio > Audio
Settings.
On your VC200, go to More > Setting > Video & Audio.
On your VP59, tap Setting > Audio.
On your CTP20, tap Setting > Audio.
2. Configure and save the following settings:
Parameter Description Configuration Method
Audio Input/Extended Audio
Input
Specify the audio input for the
system.
The supported types are as
follows:
Auto - the audio output with
the highest priority.
VCS Phone - the CP960
conference phone. (it is not
applicable to VP59)
Built-in Microphone - the
VC200 built-in microphone.
Bluetooth Microphone -
the CPW90-BT Bluetooth
wireless microphones. (it is
not applicable to VP59)
Line Input- the audio input
device connected to the Line
In port on the VC800 codec
or to the RAC In port on the
VC880/PVT980 codec.
USB to Line input - the
audio input device connected
to the USB port on the
VC200/VC500/PVT950/VP59
codec by using a USB to Line
input adapter.
Default: Auto.
