Video Issues
Symptom Reason Solution
The system is in sleep mode. Press any key on the remote
control to wake up the system.
The system is powered off. The system is powered on.
No picture on the monitor.
The HDMI cable is not connected
to the system.
Make sure that the monitor is
connected correctly according to
the Quick Start Guide.
Unsuitable monitor resolution. Adjust the monitor resolution.
The packet is lost. View the call statistics to
check whether the packet is
lost and contact the network
administrator.
Unsuitable camera parameters. Adjust the camera parameters,
such as the brightness and the
white balance.
The video quality is poor.
High-intensity indoor light or
direct sunlight to the camera.
Avoid those situations.
PC is not connected. Connect a PC to your system.
The PC is turned off. Turn on the PC.
The VCH50 video conferencing
hub or WPP20 wireless
presentation pod is broken.
Replace it.
You cannot share content.
The WPP20 wireless presentation
pod cannot connect to the video
conferencing system.
• Connect the WPP20 to the
video conferencing system to
obtain Wi-Fi profile.
• Make sure the wireless AP
feature of video conferencing
system is enabled.
