Appointing a Lecturer by CP960
Procedure
1.
On your CP960, tap More > Begin Speaking during a conference.
2.
To finish speaking, tap More > Finish Speaking.
Switching the Roles of Teacher and Student
If you are the organizer in the Education mode video conference, you can switch the role of any teacher or student; if
you are the teacher in the Education mode video conference, you can switch the role of any teacher or student other
than the organizer.
Procedure
1.
In the Conference Control page, tap Participant.
2.
Tap after the desired participant.
3.
Select Set as student or Set as teacher.
Switching Free Speak and Raise Hand Mode on CTP20
If you are the teacher in the Education mode video conference, during the conference, the students can speak freely
by default. You can switch to the raise hand mode, so that only after getting your permission, can the students speak
freely.
Procedure
1.
In the Conference Control page, tap Participant.
2.
Tap Free Speak in the lower-left corner, select Raise hand to switch to the raise hand mode.
After switching to the raise hand mode, students who want to speak must go through the teacher's consent to speak
normally.
Applying for Speaking
In Training mode conferences or VMRs, all guests are muted by default except for the moderator and the organizer.
In Education mode conferences, the teacher enables the hand-to-speak mode, you need to apply for speaking.
Procedure
Do one of the following:
• On your remote control, press MUTE Key.
