defectiveasaresultofcarelessorroughuse,orasaresultofaccident,
neglectornegligenceorifthewarrantyperiodhasexpired,wewillbe
happytorepairtheproductatareasonablefee.

producthasalwaysbeenusedundernormalconditionsasdescribedin
theinstructionsandthatithasbeenproperlymaintained.

Secondownerormodiedproducts,poorlymaintainedproducts,
improperorabnormaluse,fadedmaterial,failuretofollowthe
instructions,achildwhoisleftunattended,safetyharnessnotused,
overloading,damagecausedbytransport,includingairtransportand
freight.
Costs to consumers within the warranty.
Theconsumerisresponsibleforallshippingcoststhatarerequired
tosendtheproducttothemanufacturerordistributorforreasonsof
warrantycoverand/orservice.
Costs to consumers beyond the warranty.
Whenproofofpurchasecannotbeproducedorwhentheproductisno
longercoveredbythewarrantyperiodofoneyear,themanufacturer(or
distributor)isentitledtochargeforservicefeesand/orcostsrelatedto
thereplacement/repairofparts.Afeemayalsoberequiredtoreturn
theproduct.
