7-10 <7. Trouble Shooting>

Loosen 4 screws and remove bath cover.
CAUTION
Please don’t remove screws from bath cover.
During temperature controlling, water drops are formed on the
downside of the bath cover. Please be careful not to drop water
inside the equipment when removing bath cover.
If water drops inside the equipment, wipe it completely before
turning CQ1 on.
