When newly starting integrating power, clear the electric energy count (and the elapsed time of
integration). Otherwise, the electric energy count will be added to the previous value. For details
of how to clear the electric energy count, see Section 9.2.3, “Clearing Electric Energy Count,” or
Section 7.2.4, “Clearing Electric Energy Count and Resetting System,” in Chapter 7, “Making
Settings.”
