Recharge the battery for at least 12 hours before initial use or connect to AC power.
Remove the screen protector before use to prevent scratches.
Remove white card before inserting disc and avoid touching laser head.
Open disc cover via the bottom left button; do not force it.
Some noise is normal; use earphones if affected or contact support.
Connect to electricity, switch ON, and set TV input to AV if connecting to TV.
Press 'I' to pause and 'I' again to resume. Play USB/CARD media in DVD mode.
Check power switch, battery, adapter connection, and indicator light status.
Clean laser, try other discs, check for laser aging or incompatibility (HD/Blu-ray, DTS/Dolby not supported).
Ensure USB is <= 16GB and MP4 meets resolution, frame rate, and audio code requirements.

Replace battery, ensure correct aiming (5m, 30 deg), or contact support for button issues.
Check game control connection, remote aiming, power indicator, or game disc integrity.
Confirm DVD ratio support, then select 4:3 or 16:9 in SETUP-Panel Quality Setup.
