6. Make certain the Sipper is centered, then touch  at the bottom right of the adjustment window.
2.3.5 Sipper Depth
1. Select [Depth].
2. Select [Sitini Cup].
3. Use the Up and Down Arrow buttons to adjust the sipper so the tip is flush with the top of the Monitor Sample Cup.
