3.4 Setting up the Network IP Address
1. Select the Network tab (Figure 3-7). In the Network tab the user has the option of either automatically
obtaining an IP address from a DHCP server or statically setting the IP address.
2. If the IP address will be automatically obtained, Select “Automatically obtain IP address from
DHCP server”.
3. If the IP address will be set statically, Select “Statically Set IP”.
a. Enter the static IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default gateway address, primary DNS and secondary
DNS.
4. Press Submit. The changes will be saved.

3.4.1 Resetting the Network Card
The Network tab functions allow the user to reset the Multi-Channel Online Monitor System’s network card.
1. Select the Network tab.
2. Press Reset to reset the network card.
3. Wait for confirmation before proceeding.
In most instances, it is recommended to use a static IP address that will be assigned
specifically to the Multi-Channel Online Monitor system.
