2. To download the configuration files, insert a USB drive into the USB port on the right side of the display.
3. Check the ā€œInclude data in the configuration support file.ā€
4. Select Download. A message will appear asking if the file should be saved to the USB drive or the remote
system (if accessing remotely).
5. Select the download location. The file will be saved to the designated source. The file can then be sent
electronically to Technical Support for troubleshooting.
4.14.2 Audit Trail
The Audit Trail is used to log and track all system events. Examples of tracked events include user logins, valve
operations and vessel sampling functions.
1. Select the Support icon.
2. Select the Audit Trail tab. The Audit Trail window will appear displaying the first page of the audit trail.
3. Enter the number of lines to be displayed and press the Set button.
It is recommended to keep the number of lines displayed to a small number due to the large audit
files.
4. Check the Live box only to display real-time archiving of the Multi-Channel Online Monitor System.
5. Search the audit trail by using the navigation buttons in the top left hand corner or select a specific page
from the dropdown menu.
