4. Any product being returned to the YSI Service Center, should be packed securely to prevent damage.
5. Cleaning must be completed and certified on any product before returning it to YSI.
7.4.3 Shipping Instructions
1. Clean and decontaminate items to per the above cleaning instructions to ensure the safety of the handler.
2. Complete the Cleaning Certificate form below.
3. Place the instrument(s) in a plastic bag to keep out debris and packing material. Include the Cleaning
Certificate with the shipped instrument(s).
4. Use a large carton, preferably the original, and surround the product completely with packing material.
5. It is recommended to insure the instrument for shipping. Insure for the replacement value of the product.
