Troubleshooting of Fascia Gun Operation
1.The massage head slides out and falls
Check whether the massage head is
installed in place (see page 5 of the
instructions for specific operation)
2.The product cannot be started
Check whether the power is sufficient (if
the product has not been used for a long
time, please charge it for more than 8
hours)
3. The product cannot be charged
Check whether the charging connector
and power supply are plugged in place
4. The product stops suddenly
after 10min of continuous
operation
This phenomenon is normal as it is
caused by the setting for long-term
operation protection, which switches
from operation to standby mode. And
the product can be restarted through
short pressing (see page 4 of the
instructions for specific operation)
5. The product stops working
after the massage head
encounters the phenomenon
of locked rotor
This phenomenon is normal as it is
caused by the setting for abnormal
operation protection, which switches
from operation to standby mode. And the
product can be restarted through short
pressing (see page 4 of the instructions
for specific operation)
Reasonable use of the product can effectively extend its service life
Suggestions:
1.Do not throw or cast the product during use.
2.Keep the maximum continuous service time lower than 30min.
3.Please charge the product every other month if it is not used for a long time.
Recycling
Do not discard this device together with general household waste when it is at the end
of its service life.
Place it in the government-appointed recycling bin or send it back to after-sales service
centre where workers will dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner.
