Summary

Input;Output Connections

Low-Level Inputs (Left;Right)

RCA style jacks for standard line level inputs from a pre-amp. Accepts stereo signal, internally combines to mono.

Low-Level Outputs (Left;Right)

Allows low level input signal to be daisy chained to other amplifiers. Passed through with no alteration.

High-Level Inputs

Speaker level inputs using binding post type jacks for connection with banana plugs or spade terminals.

Speaker level outputs using binding post type jacks for connection with banana plugs or bare wire.

Controls and Indicators

Gain Control

Matches amplifier input sensitivity to the pre-amp source output. Acts as the volume control for the subwoofer.

Frequency Control

Establishes the highest frequency the subwoofer reproduces (40-180 Hz) with a 24 dB/octave slope.

Power LED

Indicates amplifier status: green for 'On' or 'Auto' signal detected, off for standby, red for protection fault.

Power Switch

Selects operating mode: 'On', 'Off', or 'Auto' (standby until input signal is detected).

Phase Switch

Two-position switch (NOR/REV) to compensate for acoustical/electrical differences between speakers.

Voltage Selector Switch

Allows selection between 115V or 230V operation. Requires fuse change for 230V.

Subwoofer Driver Output Lead

Rear mounted output lead connecting amplifier to subwoofer driver. Features quick disconnects.
