OPERATING WITH PTO
Take care for proper assembly of all
covers and guards when working with
PTO. Always reassemble the PTO shaft
guard after finishing the work.
Connect and disconnect the
cardan shaft of attached machine
only after shifting the lever of
independent and ground speed
into neutral position - N!
Repair or clean the PTO driven
machine parts only with stopped
engine, disengaged clutch and
after shifting the lever of
independent and ground speed
into neutral position ’ N!
CONTROL OF FRONT AND REAR PTO
Front and rear PTO clutches are control-
led
electro-hydraulically.
They are controlled by switches on the
right cab pillar.
P - Switch controls the electro-
magnetic valve of front PTO
Z - Switch controls the electro-
magnetic valve of rear PTO
Both PTO shafts (front and rear) are
controlled after pressing both switches.
Function of PTO shafts is indicated by
lightening of symbols on switches.
REAR PTO - SHIFTING THE INDEPEN-
DENT AND GROUND SPEED
PTO - PTO independent speed is
shifted
N - Neutral position
PTO
synchro - PTO ground speed is
shifted (PTO speed
depends upon the tractor
speed)
