8.2 Speed controller mode 1.01
8.2.1 Basic setting 1.01
Basic device settings are carried out in two steps:
1 Place the internal plug (jumper) for the external default signal in the correct position. Caution – not under voltage!
Observe the safety notices!
2 Switch the voltage on and, if necessary, adjust the type of signal in menu „E1 Analog IN“ or „E2 Analog IN“.
1
For operation with second setting signal at Analog IN 2 configuration necessary F Jumper E 2.1 (J2) and E 2.2 (J3).

E1 Analog IN
Analog E1 factory set at 0-10 V
setting signal
Selection: →0-20 mA
→4-20 mA →OFF
Programming on inverteted setting signals: 10-0 V, 20-0 mA, 20-4 mA
(F IO Setup: Inverting analog Inputs)
E2 Function
For the „E2“ analog input, the function is factory set at OFF
, i.e. not active.
Activate for operation with a second default signal (on „E2“ and „GND“) = 1 E
, switchover
between “E1“ analog IN 1 and “E2“ analog IN 2 via floating contact
(F IO Setup).
For operation with a second default signal and automatic control at the higher level, the E2
function must be set to 4E
.
4E
= comparison of E1 and E2 with the control at the higher value.
