All ZiZZO Bicycle warranty claims must be made through the ZiZZO Service Department.
Claims made outside the country of purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions.
All warranty claims must include proof of purchase the bicycle, photos of the complete bicycle condition, serial number, detailed photos or videos of the
component in question, and bike registration.
All warranty claims are subject to assessment by ZiZZO Bicycles.
All warranty claims must be approved prior to the completion of any work.
All reimbursements for repairs are limited to what is approved by ZiZZO and given prior written authorization (or email).
Warranty replacement will not be given for components not returned (if requested).
The consumer should be aware that bicycle specifications may be subject to change without notice.
