Querying alarms
When the illegal alarm setting is enabled, you can query the
information (photo and time) of persons operating illegally when the
illegal verification times exceed the preset value.
The maximum capacity of photos is 10. New and old photos are

Querying Records [Main Menu > Data Management > Record Query]
Set the start and end dates, and click Query to display all unlocking records within the set period.
Click the query icon at the upper right corner, input the user No. whose records need to be
queried on the page displayed, and then click [OK].
Note:
The methods for setting the start and end dates are the same for setting the time. For details,
see Time/Date (Main Menu > System > Time/Date).
"Record Query - 20": the value here indicates the number of records that already exist.
Records are displayed as "user No. - recognition method ...Date/Time".
Querying Alarms [Main Menu > Data Management > Alarm Query]
Click Previous or Next to view the alarm records. After the query is completed, the system displays
the prompt "Data has been queried completely".
