Troubleshooting
RANGE PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
Every 5 seconds,

Thermistor 1 sensor tripped
Turn the cooktop OFF;
then pull plug out for
about 30 seconds. Then
re-insert the plug and
turn the cooktop on using
the POWER pad. If the
error message is still
displayed, call for service
at 614-777-5004

Temperature control knob is rotated
too far past broil position (500°F);
preheating indicator will light
intermittently
The temperature knob
may have been turned
