Troubleshooting and FAQs
If your phone appears following phenomenon in the process of
application, please read following relative information at first. If the
problems still cannot be solved, please contact with the distributor or
service provider.

The area covered with
weak signal, such as
basement, and the area
near high-rise buildings.
Move to the area covered
with strong signal.
The network is busy. For
example, you may fail to
make calls during rush
hours because of busy
network.
Avoid using mobile phone
during rush hours.
Weak signal
You are too far away
from station.
Contact your network service
provider for station location.
Poor network trunk. Press the End Key and dial
again.
Echo or
noise
Poor telephone line. Press the End Key and dial
again.
Fail to use
some
functions
Your network service
provider does not support
such functions, or you
have not applied to
activate the functions.
Contact your network
service provider.
The battery or charger is
damaged.
Contact your local dealer. Charging
failure
The temperature is lower
than 0 °C or higher than
45 °C.
Avoid charging battery at
too low or high temperature.
